VegTrug Sign Agreement With Takasho Japan
VegTrug Limited are delighted to announce that we have signed an agreement with Takasho Co. Ltd (Takasho Inc. JASDAQ 7590) for the manufacture, sale and distribution of VegTrugs and all accessories in Japan.
Under the terms of the agreement which was finalised August 15th 2011, Takasho will manufacture VegTrugs under license from VegTrug Limited at their new state of the art manufacturing facility in Juijiang China. Distribution will commence from Spring 2012 in Japan. We will also be working with Takasho in certain other Asian markets on a case by case basis.
This agreement represents a landmark for VegTrug Limited and is the first time that we have entered into a License Agreement. Having inspected the facilities at the Takasho Juijiang factory and worked closely with the Takasho Designers, Managers and Staff for more than a year now following them set up the new facility, we are extremely confident that Takasho will do an incredible job with the VegTrug product in Japan.
The quality of the VegTrug products which are now being manufactured is exceptional and the Takasho philosophy of quality first made the decision to allow them to manufacture the VegTrug under license an easy one for us.
