Terry Walton - The Allotment Doctor - carried out two new planting demonstrations this weekend at The Van Hage Garden Company in their Chenies and Amwell Branches with great success.

Paul Owen from Denham & Owen LLP was also on hand to support the business in their marketing efforts. Terry and Paul spent the morning at Chenies Branch with Terry carrying out full planting demonstrations to the gathering crowd.

Over to Amwell on a particularly busy afternoon they joined Graeme Robinson and Angela Rixon from Van Hage and Terry presented to a very attentive audience. Graeme particularly liked Terry's easy manner and ability to get children involved in the planting of the VegTrug. Early signs have been very positive and Graeme remarked that there is no doubt that the demonstration will have a positive affect on sales for the business.

Paul Owen watched both presentations throughout the day and was delighted with Van Hage's positive marketing approach and investment in customer service. Angela for example is a Sales Adviser in the Plant Area at Amwell with particular knowledge of the edible plants available. "To have that expertise available to the customer when they are buying a VegTrug is invaluable" said Paul.
